CVMS Music Boosters Fundraising         

Fundraising is one of the most important components of the CVMS Music Boosters mission.  Music programs are very expensive to run, but most music programs throughout the state of California are not fully funded by the state and the school districts.

Our music program does NOT receive any funding from the district besides teacher salaries.

The 2011-2012 Music Budget is $37,000. Our projected income is $11,000. In order to continue to maintain our standard of excellence in the music program, $26,000 must come from parent donations.

Our main fundraising efforts come from Donations and the Farmer's Insurance Invitational Golf Tournament ticket sales.  Click on the links above to find out how you can participate in these and other fundraising efforts. We ask that each family sell or purchase three tickets for the Golf Tournament.

We encourage every family to donate $150 per music student. However, donations of any amount are appreciated. Our goal is 100% participation! 

We invite interested members of the community to join with our music families in supporting the music program at CVMS through one or more of these fundraising opportunities.
